Est. 1889
What is your primary product or service?
We are known for our made to order Deli Sandwiches
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have known since before Kindergarten that I wanted to run our family business. I started training with my Grandmother at an early age with regards to what was expected of a business owner that puts their community first. I have a BS in English from Drury (College) University. I worked in retail throughout my college years which underscored my early training on customer service.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We make made to order deli sandwiches using fresh ingredients chosen by each customer. Most places focus on a large amount of bread and very little meat and cheese, we are the opposite: the meat and cheese is what we showcase, along with the extras people choose to add. We celebrate our history and heritage daily in the way we provide service and sandwiches to our customers. It is a business model we have honored for six generations.

We have one location in Turners, MO.
