How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Cheyne and Jeremy Brokate are 2nd Generation owners of Brokate Janitorial, that was started by Margie Brokate (their mother). Jeremy Brokate returned to Brokate Janitorial after completed his Finance and Economics degree from Missouri Southern State University in Joplin, MO. Cheyne Brokate returned to Brokate Janitorial after completing his Associates Degree from Ozarks Technical Community College.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We combine the customer service and high quality standards expected of a local service provider, with the industry expertise, technology and capacity of the national companies. This allows Brokate Janitorial to offer high level facility cleaning services to businesses of all types and sizes in Southwest Missouri.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have 2 offices. 1 in Springfield and 1 in Branson. Our focus is on servicing all of Southwest Missouri with the highest level of janitorial services possible.

Jeremy, Cheyne and Margie Brokate own Brokate Janitorial, LLC. Additionally, Brokate Janitorial has a management team and supervisor team that lead our ongoing operations in a very collaborative atmosphere.
