Back in the 1980's in Phoenix, I was cleaning carpets for a large cleaning company, They were going around charging way too much to clean carpets, so I started my own business where I could give the customers a good job for a good fair price.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We do not arrive to customers home and try the bait and switch games. You can expect no gimmicks, no hidden costs. What we tell the customer on the pone is almost always what the total charge is!
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
2 right now but, 1-2 more in the near future.
