How long have you been in business?
JMARK was established in 1988.
What is your primary product or service?
JMARK Business Solutions, Inc. is a Technology Solutions Provider using products primarily from Cisco, HP and Microsoft. Specializing in Network Care services we provide dedicated solutions that manage any IT network at a fixed monthly rate. JMARK utilizes proactive monitoring and support to assist the client to effectively meet their objectives. We keep their investment in technology as a meaningful part of their business plan by reducing costs associated with service downtime, purchase of equipment and employees training.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
In 1997 Thomas H. Douglas joined the company as a level one engineer. After a short period of acclimation from the US Navy, Tom's leadership skills earned him the title of service manager of the company. In 1999, Tom became President and eventually majority owner of JMARK.
